Located on the 19th floor, allocate a little space from the living hall to make it like a balcony, it is separate with the living hall with a piece of " sound proof " sliding glass door. A little small water fountain can be found here. This " balcony " is close with windows, with the " sound proof " sliding glass door, you can not hear any noice come from outside of the building. There is a bar counter design next to the main entrance. Bedrooms are well fitted with bed, wardrobe and writing table with chair. Master bathroom come with standard bathtub and shower screen. Kitchen equipped standard cooking devices, gas cooker, microwave oven, fridge. Washing machine and cloth dryer are put at a separate room end of the kitchen. The main idea for this apartment is all the windows including 2 bedrooms and the kitchen are all added with one extra layer of windows so to provide a "sound proof" living apartment. As this is important especially in the KLCC vicinity where every piece of land are use for development. It can not avoid for the next 2 years.
